Sean George, chairman of the board
Mr. Sean George is an experienced debt trader with a strong background in Credit Derivatives, he has over 20 year of experience in the global debt markets. He began his career in New York City in 1996, at Cantor Fitzgerald. He subsequently worked on the buyside as PM/trader at Conseco helping to manage $30 billion in assets. He then moved on to the sellside working at UBS, Bank of America, DB, and Jefferies. During the financial crisis he was the Global Co-Head of CDS trading at Bank of America where he worked from 2006 to 2009, he went on to hold similar roles at DB and Jefferies. Sean is a PM on the China fund, Basfonden, Global 85 and once the Global Credit Opportunity Fund is lunched he we will be the lead PM there. Sean holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
Fredrik Langley, member of the board
Fredrik Langley is CEO and one of two founders of Strukturinvest Fondkommission with several years of experience from structuring investment solutions for high net worth individuals, corporates and institutions in Europe. Prior to this Fredrik Langley served as Executive Director, Nordic Structured Products Sales at Société Générale in London, where he headed the Nordic structured products business. Before that Fredrik Langley worked at GAM Asset Management in London as Key Account Manager targeting institutions in the Nordic and Benelux countries. Mr. Fredrik Langley holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from University of Gothenburg.
Olof Gustafsson, member of the board
Mr. Olof Gustafsson is deputy CEO and one of two founders of Strukturinvest Fondkommission with several years of experience from structuring investment solutions for high net worth individuals, corporates and institutions in Europe. Prior to this Mr. Olof Gustafsson served as Executive Director, Nordic Structured Products Sales at Société Générale in London. Before that Olof Gustafsson worked as Vice President at Bear Stearns in London with responsibility for the Nordic market for equity derivatives. Mr. Olof Gustafsson holds a M.Sc.in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Joakim Falk, member of the board
Mr. Joakim Falk is the founder and CEO of J. Falk & Partners Kapitalförvaltning AB, an investment advisory firm with offices in Malmö and Helsingborg. Mr. Joakim Falk is also a portfolio manager for some discretionary mandates with the Swedish securities company Svensk Värdepappersservice. Mr. Joakim Falk is a licensed advisor of insurance and fund solutions.
Bill Malm, member of the board
Bill was born in 1955 and educated engineer. Bill is a member of the board in Strukturinvest Fondkommission (FK) AB, chairman of the board of Svensk Värdepapperservice AB, deputy director of MälaröHälsa AB and Theliba AB. Experience of running his own construction company for 20 years, a partner in various financial companies’ years 2000 to 2013 and was the chairman of the board in all of these financial companies.
